Can I increase the cap on phone calls to enable me to make calls from the USA?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us, please note that you can increase your call allowance to make calls from the USA this depends on the type of roaming or calling option you have on your plan. 

    To increase your call allowance or add international roaming, please:

    Log in to your iD Mobile account or app

    Go to Roaming & Add-Ons

    Select the appropriate International/Roaming Calls option for the USA
