Hello - I’m trying to get a refund on a recently closed account. It’s a very small amount of money that I frankly wouldn’t have chased so hard if iD didn’t make it so hard to get. 

I’m also fairly p*ssed off that support have told me that there is no balance on the account and when I requested that they turn a thread into a complaint they disappeared completely.

As you can see from the attached screenshot, the text message that I received from iD when my switch completed shows a balance on the account of £4.36.

How do I get this amount refunded to me? How do I get this even posted?
