trying to set up a payment plan as apparently my bill been passed yo a debt company which I’ve contacted and they dont hold my account really dont know whst to do

Trying to pay my bills the debt company that ID has apparently past my bills to have no recollection of my details

If you’re looking to make a payment, you can do this quickly and securely using one of the following options:

You can call 0333 003 7777 from your iD Mobile phone, or 0333 003 0001 from any other phone, then select option 2, followed by option 1 to make a payment. You’ll be able to enter the amount you wish to pay and then securely enter your card details. This is an automated service so there’s no need to speak to an advisor.

 

Alternatively, if you don’t have access to your iD Mobile number, you can still make a manual payment by calling 0333 003 0001 directly. This option is also quick and secure and does not require speaking to anyone.
