two bills in error

I had two bills in error, and been paying two bills for 6 months.

 

Got sorted and said £60 refund would be processed on 29th September, no refund in my bank and cannot see a credit on my account.

Were these bills for different iD Mobile accounts, ​@Laurajayjay18?

Do the payments have different reference numbers? Are they for the same amounts?

I upgraded my contract back in Jan but for some reason it created a upgrade and new account. So it's for two different amounts and first month it charged me twice you said you refunded one payment and cancelled the duplicate. This was sorted and the second contract was cancelled on 29th September and as that new contract had never been used coz I didn't ask for it, you refunded it. But I've not got the refund
