I purchased an e-sim a while back and decided to cancel within the first week as my phone's e-sim feature was broken. I tried reaching out through the live chat and sent a request however the site had a bug and didn't let me chat with an agent. I have tried on multiple occasions from different devices. I had keep paying for months without having used the service once. I'm reaching out here now as I'm unable to get in touch to fully pay off my remaining contract.
Please can you help me with that?
