Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Check the mobile number stored on your handset: Go to your phone's SIM/mobile network settings and confirm that the correct iD Mobile number is showing. If you have a dual-SIM handset, also make sure your iD Mobile SIM is selected as the default for calls and texts.
• Restart your handset and allow a few minutes for it to reconnect to the network.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then switch it off.
• Set your handset to 4G/LTE only, as this can provide a more stable connection than 5G in some locations.
• Make sure your handset software is fully up to date.
• If you're using a physical SIM, switch the handset off, remove and reinsert the SIM, then restart the device.
• If possible, test the SIM in another compatible, unlocked handset to establish whether the issue follows the SIM or is specific to your handset.
