I recently signed up to ID mobile for a 24 month deal £7 for unlimited calls and text and 20gb of data. The first month was invoiced as expected via direct debit but this month I received notification that I will be charged £32 as there is £20 indicated on my bill for UK, however I’m not sure what this is and I did not go over my data allowance. Please could someone advise
