unexpected charges

I've received a text saying I've incurred charges up to 80% of my bill cap, but have a plan with unlimited phone calls & texts, and with rollover have almost 200% of my data usage remaining. I can't see what these charges are for, or understand what they might be for. Pretty sure I've not called any premium phone lines.

The alert you received is likely triggered by usage that sits outside your standard plan, such as international calls, texts to premium-rate numbers, or certain roaming services. However, we’ll need to review your account in detail to confirm exactly what these charges relate to.
