I've received a text saying I've incurred charges up to 80% of my bill cap, but have a plan with unlimited phone calls & texts, and with rollover have almost 200% of my data usage remaining. I can't see what these charges are for, or understand what they might be for. Pretty sure I've not called any premium phone lines.
