A number 020 3937 7914 has called today askjng for bank details and numerous things sayjng they are ID Mobile?

    Based on what you've described, this sounds like a scam call. If someone claiming to be from iD Mobile is asking for your bank details or other sensitive information unexpectedly, we would strongly recommend not providing any information and blocking the number.

     

    For your security, please note that iD Mobile will never contact you out of the blue and ask you to disclose your full banking details, passwords, PINs, or security information.

     

    If you shared any personal or financial information during the call, we'd recommend contacting your bank immediately and monitoring your accounts for any unusual activity.
