unhappy with how my payment has gone

i have made a payment on the app for my monthly as i missed the direct debit and i have seen that i’ve made a payment of the full amount 44.49 plus 20.00 and its not asking for the remaining of 24.49 this is absolutely ridiculous as i’ve already paid the full amount and more so i would like a refund actually i need one as you’ve charged me unnecessary amounts and take off this unnecessary charge of 24.49 as i have already made the full payment and i have proof in my bank transactions and the app payment history
