unlimited data allowance

Dear iD community Team,

My plan is supposed to be unlimited data for a fixed price, but the iD app shows a 30GB limit. I was told not to worry, as my unlimited allowance continues after 30GB.

Despite this, each month I receive this message:

"You've now used 100% of your plan's data allowance. Any additional data usage will cost 10.24p per MB..."

Twice my cap was reset to zero, but the issue persists, and extra charges are still added to my bill. It seems iD Mobile is not adhering to the contract, and hidden charges keep appearing.

Please advise on how this will be fixed.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your tariff. 

Can you please confirm when you made the changes to the plan and if you received confirmation of the change/data allowance via email?
