unlimited data allowance

Hello,

I was recently elidgable to upgrade,

Was paying around £28 per month for 100gb data, unlimited calls and texts.

Tried to click on a link on id app to get a newer phone, but error kept coming up. Told to call customer services.

Gentleman said i could get the newer phone at £34.99 per month for two years, he would waiver the upfront cost and this would include unlimited data.

He sent over the contract, the contract had 10gb data and an upfront cost, assidtant said not to worry about the 10gb data and upfront cost as it woukd come up on my plan as unlimited.

Cost connected the new phone and it is showing 10gb data allowance.

Can this be recitfied to unlimited please as i would never have gone for a 10gb data allowance.

We understand how important it is that the plan you agreed to over the phone matches what is showing on your account, especially as you made your decision based on being offered unlimited data.

 

From what you’ve described, it sounds like there may have been a mismatch between the verbal offer provided and the written contract that was issued. As a general rule, the data allowance shown on your contract is what is applied to your account, so it is important that this is checked and corrected if an error occurred during the sales process.
