Hi, I topped up my account number because I use "pay as you go " unlimited data plan and due to expire at 26th, midnight,  £20.

Before I had  £5  remaining amount. So after topping up, I purchased a unlimited data plan ( like every month) and received a SMS  That it's left £0 in my account. please explain what it's wrong with your sistem, every month it's taking extra money. ???

Hi @Mr_General,

Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked that the top-up balance wasn’t used for usage once the bundle expired?

How much did you top up and how much was the bundle?

bundle - £20 and on account was £5 , I topped up with another £20 so the total amount was £25. after 01.00 I've received message that I have used all the data (with the bundle acctive) -???

(similar to previously month, bundle 20, on account £3) and after 02.00 account balance was 0. but I topped it with another £5 (not this time, this time it's still with £0  and unlimited data &call& text)

I'm always keeping my eyes on my accounts. So the system is having breaching taking without any explanation.

Hi @Mr_General

To avoid this, it may be best to only top up or purchase a bundle when you desire to begin using it.
