Question

unlimited minutes but charged for minutes

I have been charged £5 for usage of minutes. My plan is for unlimited minutes so I do not understand how this happened plus I have rollover. I would like someone to explain this as it’s confusing and misleading and you have done this before.

    I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the additional £5 charge.

     

    Although your plan includes unlimited standard UK minutes, there are certain calls that aren’t included within your allowance and are charged separately. These can include premium-rate numbers, directory enquiry services and some non-geographic or other out-of-plan numbers.

     

    We’d recommend checking the itemised usage section of your bill, as this should show the number or service responsible for the £5 charge.

    If the charge is showing against a standard UK mobile or landline number, please let us know and we can advise you further.
