unlimted data but getting messages that i'm 80% through my allowance

I have unlimited data as an add on but I keep getting messages and emails saying that I'm 80% through my data allowance. I noticed someone else posted about this but I couldn't see the resolution as they were replied to privately. A bit worried I'm going to be charged or the unlimited data won't kick in
