unpaid bill

Hi, could someone from ID contact me please? I’m having difficulties accessing the chat to agent function.

My bill was due to come out today but I lost my purse at the weekend so had to cancel all of my cards. I’m waiting for new ones to arrive. My phone has already been cut off so was hoping that i could have a bill extension whilst I wait for my cards to arrive and could my phone services be reactivated in the meantime?

I am so sorry to hear of what has happened, you are able to request a bill extension in the meantime, which we are happy to do for you.
