Unrecognised Charges on Upcoming Bill

Hi there,

I’ve just reviewed my upcoming bill due 10th July and don’t recognised the additional £24 in charges.

I’m over in Canada just now, arriving yesterday 15th June, and purchased a £35 10-day Roam Beyond pass from the UK before departing.
