upfront fee

I was charged for upfront fee when I am told it is discounted. Can you look into this. Also my bill for this month.

    As we'll need to review your account to see how the upfront fee was applied, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They'll be able to look into this for you and, if necessary, transfer you to our Sales team to review the discount that was offered.

     

    They'll also be able to explain any charges that appear on your latest bill.
