If I bought a phone around 2 years ago on a 2 years contact how do I see how much I’ve got to pay left and pay it off. As I want to upgrade, also online I’m seeing better deals for the phone than I am on the ‘Upgrade’ tab on the app.

If you took out a 24-month phone contract around 2 years ago, it's possible that you're already at, or very close to, the end of your minimum term.

To check your contract end date:

Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
Select your plan.
Look for your upgrade eligibility or minimum term end date.
