All iD Mobile contracts become eligible for upgrade 2 months before the expiry date, which allows you to get a new handset while keeping your same mobile number.

If you'd prefer a SIM-only plan instead, this becomes available to upgrade to 24 days before your contract expires.

If your contract end date shows as 2028 and you believe this isn't correct, please get in touch with us directly via https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat so we can check this on your account.
