Upgrade has incorrect number

Hi, 

I've upgraded to get an S25 ultra plus 100mb data. But when the email confirming my direct debit arrived it has a new number when I explicitly stated I wish to keep my existing number. How can I please ensure I keep my current number when I change to my new package?

Your best option is to contact the Live Chat to discuss this as they will have access to your account details.

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

Hi,thanks for that. I have been in touch eith tjem via that route already,ongoing conversation to try and sort this out.
