upgraded but old contract still is still being charged

I upgraded my contract in December 2022 but I have come to realise my old contract was still active and being charged all this time. I discovered this early 2024 and contacted customer services and the agreed to cancel it but i have just realised i was still being charged for bot contracts.

@Dan1996la  Hello well definitely doesn't sound right. And you did an upgrade and not a new plan as there's a differences between them both. 

I'll forward your message on to a member of staff so they can look into this with you.

Afternoon ​@Dan1996la,

Looks like you have 2 contracts.

One Mobile No ending in 836 that started October 2018, looks to be a SIM Only Deal which has usage to this day. The other Mobile No ending in 160 that started November 2022, looks to originally be for a Google Pixel 7.

While I see a chat log in early 2024, this was to re-instate the Direct Debit, rather than cancel the plan. I’d recommend cancelling the plan with Mobile No ending in 160. You can learn how to do this here:
