I have upgraded my phone but I’m still paying £19 for my old phone bill and £40 for my new one

    Hi I'm experiencing the same exact thing at the moment I spoke to them on the phone when they still took calls and had absolutely no help whatsoever and now I am being told I owe over £600 to id mobile 

    They are complete jokers and won't give you any help
