upgraded to sim only plan

Hi

I upgraded last month to just a sim only plan as my phone is currently ok. I couldn't see my plan until yesterday because it was within 31 days. I checked and it shows that im in a new 24 sim only contract. This is not what i requested, i wanted a month by month contract so i had the flexibility of getting a new phone when i was ready. Now im stuck for another 24 months
