Hi, 

I cannot complete purchase of a contract listed on the website. When I fill out all the details it takes me to ‘card information’ which then flicks off the page onto ‘oops, we’re unable to process your order as card transaction has not been successful, please contact our team to place your order’ 

I have tried multiple times over multiple devices. It does not let me fill out an info, instead it processes before I have time to input. 
 

does anyone know why this is happening? This has left me without phone coverage!
