URGENT HELP. im being overcharged

Hi all,

please help as ID mobile is bloody impossible to get in contact with to resolve an issue. 

As soon as i payed that months phone charge which used to be £34.24 I then upgraded my phone as it was overdue and I am now on a sim only plan. Why this morning does £34.24 try to come out my account despite having changed my plan.

We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your billing.

 

It may be that your upgrade was processed after your latest bill had already been generated, meaning the payment for your previous plan was still due. However, we'd like to take a closer look to make sure everything is correct.
