Urgent: Request for Update on Outstanding Complaint

Good evening,

I am writing to express my frustration at the continued lack of communication regarding my complaint, which has now been ongoing for several months.

I last contacted your team by telephone on 19th October, and despite being assured that my complaint was being looked into, I have received no further communication or updates.

I find it extremely disappointing that I am still having to chase this matter, particularly given how long it has already been ongoing.

Could someone please contact me as a matter of urgency to explain what is happening with my complaint, what progress has been made, and when I can expect a resolution?

I would appreciate a response within the next 48 hours, as I do not feel it is acceptable for this matter to continue without any communication.
