Vat on bill

I thought my monthly bill was £29.99 but looking at the bill I’ve been charged £6.75 more and it’s under Vat, I thought vat was included within the price?

    We're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your bill.

     

    The monthly line rental you agreed to already includes VAT, so VAT is not added on top of your contracted monthly price.

     

    If your bill is higher than expected, it's likely to be due to out-of-plan charges, add-ons, or another charge separate from your monthly line rental.

     

    As you've also mentioned that you missed a payment last month, this may also have affected the amount due this month.

     

    We'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can go through your bill with you and explain exactly what each charge relates to.
