Voicemail call charged as international number

Accessing my voicemail is charging me as an international call. How can this be resolved?

    Could you let us know whether you're accessing your voicemail while in the UK or while in another country?

     

    This will help us understand why the call is being charged as an international call and point you in the right direction.
