Who can check my bill as I keep getting messages that my DD has been cancelled... I then manually paid it but it looks like it had been taken out?

who can check my bill as i think i am paying it twice as my direct debit keeps getting cancelled
+26Be careful, banks will cancel a direct debit if you miss payments. However, some banks won’t reinstate it if it was cancelled for that reason.
I set up my direct debit when I first joined and all other direct debits with my bank function correctly. There is a link that siggest numerous people are having the same issue over Direct debits but I am more concerned that I can't speak to someone about my bill
