Why can't I eneter competitions when sending a text to Premium numbers

I text the 5 digit number (World Cup Competition)

I get charged by ID mobile for the text £0.15, but I do not get the reply saying I have been charged the £2.50 to enter.

    I understand your concern regarding the premium text service.

    If you are able to send the text message and are only being charged the standard text rate of £0.15, but are not receiving the confirmation message or being charged the £2.50 entry fee, this may indicate that premium rate messages are not being completed successfully.

    To help us investigate further, could you please confirm:

    Whether this happens with all premium rate services or only this specific competition?
    If you have any spend caps or content restrictions enabled on your account?

     

    Once we have this information, we will be able to look into the issue further and advise on the next steps.
