why cant i see my order for my phon

I can’t see my order on here need help

    If you can't see your phone order, an order update should have been sent to the email address used when the order was placed.

     

    If you haven't received any updates, we'd recommend contacting the point of sale where the order was placed, as they'll be able to check the status of the order and provide further information.
