Why has my credit score now delinquent for late payment, I have never missed or made a late payment.

    Have you made a late payment on your account?

    If you have a direct debit active the payment should be taken automatically. If you believe that a late payment has been added incorrectly we can investigate this on your account.

    Also look up your credit store on one of the many credit agencies;

    it may reveal further details.
