Hello, ID Mobile team,

 

My name is Agnes Amara. I've received several letters indicating that I owe you £899, and I’m quite confused about this amount. I regularly make payments for my contract phone each month, and I’ve also noticed money being deducted from my account. 

 

It’s been really difficult trying to get in touch with you, and I’m worried about which months might have been missed or there could be an error. I’ve never encountered such issues before, and I would really appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you very much for your understanding.

I received a letter today stating that I need to pay 899 pounds, which feels quite overwhelming because I've already been paying a lot for my phone. I also notice this amount on my bank account details. I just want to understand why I am being asked to pay this amount. Could someone please help me clarify this or contact me to discuss it further?

Does the letter state this is for the cost of the handset?
