WHY DOESN'T ID MOBILE USE THE PRE PAYMENT I PAID THEM?

WHY DOESN'T  ID MOBILE USE THE PRE PAYMENT I PAID THEM? Its strange, on 3rd october 2026 I paid 12 months @ £7 =  £84  I can see it in my account but when I chatted to them they said there was no funds in my account???  Ive been a customer of their for a number of years and now Ive had enough.  leaving now due to their incompetance!!!
