why has my bill gone up over 20%?

Hi,

I noticed my bill has gone up by about £8 a month, which is in the region of a 20% increase. In the contract it said it would go up by 3.9% in April, so can you tell my why it has gone up so much? I don’t appear to have been informed about it.
