why have i been charged for texts and minutes when i have unlimited as part of my plan?

    If you have unlimited calls and texts, but you're seeing charges for minutes or messages, this would usually indicate that the usage was outside of your plan allowance.

     

    Examples can include:

    • Premium-rate numbers.
    • International calls or texts.
    • Roaming charges.
    • Directory enquiry services.
    • Other chargeable services that aren't included in your unlimited allowance.
