Why have i started to be charge more when my contract hasnt ended

Hello, I have been paying my 2 year contract at £32 per month, i have now started to be charged £35 a month when the contract i had hasnt ended, please can you tell me why and rectify this?

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the increase in your monthly charge.

 

As outlined within the Terms and Conditions, if no changes are made to the account at the end of the minimum contract term such as upgrading to a new handset contract or moving onto a SIM Only plan the agreement will continue on a rolling monthly basis at the current plan price.

 

If you would now like to move onto a SIM Only plan or discuss available upgrade options, you would need to contact our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250, where they will be able to review the options available for your account.
