Why is £3 charity being added to my last couple of months bills

    If you're seeing a £3 charity donation on your recent bills, this would normally be linked to a charity donation or service that has been signed up for on the mobile number.

     

    Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't control or manage these third-party charity subscriptions, so we're unable to add or remove them ourselves.
