why is it so hard to contact id mobile?

I have changed paydays and I need to change my payment date for bill as I get cut off every month. I should have seen this coming when they screwed up at the start of my contract

    How to change payment date:
    1. Click on bills.
    2. Manage your payments.
    3. Change payment date.
