    Hi @Butlerbillie,

Thank you for getting in touch. I understand your concern about your next bill being higher than your previous one, especially as you upgraded last month and changed your billing date to the 1st of each month.

When you change your billing date, your next bill may be higher than usual because it can include charges for the additional days between your previous billing date and your new billing date. This is to ensure that you’re billed for the full period of service and that no days are left unbilled.

For example, if your original billing date was later in the month and you changed it to the 1st, your next bill may include your usual monthly line rental as well as a pro-rata charge covering the extra days needed to align your account with the new billing cycle. This can make the bill temporarily higher, but your bills should then return to the normal monthly amount, provided there are no additional charges or changes to your plan.

When you requested the billing-date change, a text message was sent to explain that your next bill could be higher due to the adjustment.

I hope this clarifies why your upcoming bill is higher and reassures you that this is related to the change in your billing cycle.
