My bill is set to come out on the 2nd of every month.
this does not happen?! It comes out week later or more , I do not get emails from you to say the bill has come out nor can I see it on the app.
it's now the 10th June so this is 8 days late!
please can I talk to a member of the team to sort this out as I have asked for the 2nd I get when it falls on a weekend but it should come out the next working day?
