why is this months bill so high already 

Also I paid £20.00 off my account which as not shown up as paid 

and why so far this year I've i not had one bill at the supposed £8.00 a month they've all been alot higher than the £8.00 quoted

why do I still have a outstanding bill of 29.45 

When i paid £20.00 of the account last week could someone please explain what is actually happen as you can never seem to get in touch with any one from id mobile
