Hiive been to Rhodes for a few days and the charges havnt been included with EU roaming ie free. They have come under rest of the world roaming which is strange. Why is this please as Rhodes is EU ? Thankyou

Hi there @vlogan6, it’s likely you connected to the Turkish or Albanian networks nearby instead of the Greek networks. To avoid this, simply set your bill cap to £0.00 before going abroad, or whilst abroad, to stop connecting to incorrect networks, and to ensure you’re not charged.Or, set your network selection to manual instead of automatic, to choose the correct network.Thanks,Tyler
