wont let me pay my bill as womt accept number

Got a sim to use as my WiFi at home. Won’t let me log in anywhere to pay the bill but getting emails the payment is due. Log in fine but asks for a phone number, I put the number in and it states it’s wrong. Please someone help

Hi, as stated before, it won’t accept my number so I can’t use the website, the account, the live chat, everything requires a numbers so I’m stuck out of everything and getting charged.
