you are trying to double my bill and i cant get throigh to question?

Hi my bill is usually 44.99 but this month you have added that for line rental plus 45 for calls data amd txts. I can't access the live chat and dont know how to contact you to get this sorted

LIVE CHAT works; when connected type SPEAK TO A PERSON.
Chat may not work if you have a pop up blocker active;
disable for id’s web address.

Tired 3 different browsers with pop ups allowed and the live chat button does not come up. Tried all day yesterday and this morning
