Hi,

My name is Weronika, phone number { REMOVED }

Account number ending { REMOVED }, customer service PIN { REMOVED }.

I can see my plan was 100gb days and unlimited texts and minutes. I was paying £28.99 monthly. Now you start changing me much more which is £45.49. please can you check this. I want to pay the same as I was paying before and stay with plamn100gb.
