Your Account system is an absolute shambles.

I was recently sent a letter from a debt collector (iCSDR) demanding £20.90. despite conversations months ago regarding the issue. I only owe for November. Your account system makes no sense at all. 

For some reason, I do not know, payment failed! The same day, payment went through. Then you took 2 x £20 = £40.00 from my account on the same day in July. 

 

This meant I was paid up until the end of October. 

My monthly payment is £10 per month. 

I will owe £10 for November but do not owe you £20.90 

I need you to rectify this and close my account. 

 

This is appalling service as I dealt with this in July when i got the first a demand despite me being in credit for for £30.
