Your final bill will consist of your line-rental charge up until you’re disconnected, any out-of-plan charges for any chargeable usage up until your disconnection date, and an early termination fee if it applies. Here’s how you find out how much it will cost to cancel your plan:

 

Please note: If you do decide to cancel your plan, leave your Direct Debit open. We’ll still need to issue you for your final bill – that includes line rental, any out-of-plan charges incurred up to the point of cancellation, and an early termination fee if it applies.

There are a few ways to find out how much it will cost to cancel your plan:

  • Via Text.

Using your iD Mobile SIM, text INFO & your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 85075.

  • In the iD Mobile app or My Account Online.

To disconnect in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap ‘Plan’.
  3. Tap ‘Leave iD’.
  4. Tap ‘Leaving cost’.
  • Live Chat.
