If you decide to leave iD Mobile before your contract has ended, you may need to pay an Early Termination Fee. Here is how to check exactly how much this will be.

 

How to check your cancellation cost.

 

You can find out if you have an Early Termination Fee without actually cancelling. Here are the quickest ways to check:

 

Option 1: Via Text (Free)

Text the word INFO followed by your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 85075.

  • Example: INFO 171202
  • We will text you back immediately with details of any outstanding charges or early termination fees.

Option 2: The iD Mobile app

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap Plan.
  3. Tap Leave iD.
  4. Tap Calculate leaving cost.

 

What is included in the cost?

 

Your final bill is a tidy-up of your account. It usually includes:

  • Line Rental: Calculated up to your disconnection date. Since you pay this in advance, you might actually see a credit (refund) for days you’ve paid for but won't use.
  • Usage Charges: Any out-of-plan costs (like picture messages or premium calls) used up to the point of disconnection.
  • Early Termination Fee: If you cancelled while still in contract, this fee covers the remaining cost of your agreement.

 

Important: DO NOT cancel your Direct Debit. We need an active Direct Debit to take the final payment (including any remaining line rental or extra usage charges). You will not be charged after that date.
