  1. The banner at the top of this webpage is regarding 3G, which is used for calls. Your issues are related to 4G/5G, which is used for Data.
  2. Thanks for flagging about the emails, I’ll get this fed back to our team.

Here are the steps to switch to another network provider.

Thanks.

Hi @Nicoletteriverlady King

Sorry to hear you feel this way, were services switched off after missing a payment and haven’t come back on after making payment?

Fully paid up…..no missed payments….contract up for renewal 9 days time.

think there should be a female network.

men just put it on auto and milk it.

Hi @Nicoletteriverlady King

Okay, I’m not sure what you mean by a “female network” or “men just put it on auto and milk it”, our network is for everyone, not one specific group of people.

Are you getting absolutely no signal whatsoever? Unable to make any calls or texts and unable to use any data?

Was with ID when Irish guys were running it.

now it’s a ruddy chatt forum to communicate?…

get the punters to deal with it

so Tom what does a women do out at night and her service provider does not provide a service?
then she discovers no customer service?

she thinks of her safety…not some greedy company.

its risky and taken 3 days to communicate in 21C that’s slow.

a women’s network set up for female safety which your service fails to provide.

a gap in the market.

Hi @Nicoletteriverlady King

There is customer service with iD Mobile, we are contactable via our Live Chat, Facebook, Twitter or right here on the community site.

If someone is on a night out and has an issue with their service, they can get in touch with us about it, the same as if they were at work or at home or anywhere else, being on a night out doesn’t change the way the service works.

If you’re having some actual issues with your service, please let us know here so we can assist you with that, else, we won’t be responding here further.

It does if you’re a lone woman trying to get home. 3 women at least get killed every week. Check statistics.

now I’ve made contact…..checked my phone and still no mobile internet connection that I paid for.

you put me in danger without my internet on my mobile.

will flag you up with women’s organisations. Unsafe. Un reliable.

still no signal when I step out of my home.

assist me…I paid for a service to be provided. Provide it then

@Nicoletteriverlady King -

Looking at your account, there has been daily calls, SMS and data usage.

  1. Please can you elaborate when (and where) you’ve been having issues using our network?
  2. I see you’re using an iPhone, please can you do the following (if your Mobile Number is correct, re-enter it anyways):
  1. Open ‘Settings’.

  2. Tap ‘Apps’.

  3. Tap ‘Phone’.

  4. Tap ‘My Number’.

  5. Enter your mobile number, using +44 instead of the first 0.

  6. Tap ‘Save’.

Thanks.

@Nicoletteriverlady King -

  1. Please use the Outage Checker, to see if there are any issues at your postcode:

https://www.three.co.uk/content/experience-fragments/threedigital/uk/en/site/mvno/network-status-checker/idmobile.html

  1. We haven’t changed your Mobile Number. Don’t worry! But it can fix some issues with Calls & Texts on iPhone. But it sounds like your issue is using Mobile Data (4G/5G).

Please carefully follow the steps in this article, skip to ‘Step 2 - Review your phone settings.’ then click ‘I’m using an iPhone’.

Let me know how you get on. Thanks.

@Nicoletteriverlady King -

Your issues and the 5G email are unrelated. I’m simply trying to help you with the issues using your Mobile Data.

Did you try all the steps in the troubleshooting article I shared above?

Thanks.

Nicoletteriverlady King
Active Contributor

Oh come on…..how are they unrelated? I look for help…flashed on site a banner announcing we will lose coverage…..coz of changeover. I’ll check my phone supplier. Coz I don’t trust your firm any more.

also your emails that you send me…a red banner warns me it’s not safe.

very professional from a supposed service provider.
took you days to respond.

still on twitter no response from your org. Not up to date on socials either.

Nicoletteriverlady King

Plus on twitter others lost their signals…….and asked for help.

only today…7 days…..since Friday 1st are they active.

7 days blank…….no one getting help
